Services
The BJJ program is thriving and filled with amazing people. All levels train together combining fundamental techniques, intermediate techniques, and advanced techniques and concepts. We do from time to time input a fundamental technique class, but as of now the success of our beginners will continue to flourish with the combined class.
Our Jr MMA Program comprises a unique curriculum for your child to learn how to neutralize an opponents common attacks using martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mma, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing, and Kickboxing. The program runs in a class setting where students learn concepts such as teamwork, growth, and dealing with adversity, in order to pick up skills mentally and physically.

Coach Anthony is truly one of the best Jiujitsu coaches in South Florida. When training under him you can be sure your getting high quality training.
He creates an environment that truly makes you feel like family. My son and I both trained under him for many years, although I’ve had to take some steps back and don’t have the opportunity to train as much, for anyone looking for a martial arts gym or even for just a fun way to get in shape, I would still recommend this place 100000 times over.

Most dedicated, professional, supportive and knowledgeable owner/instructors for personal or professional training. Members/teammates are kind and welcoming. The moment you step through the doors and onto the mat, you are welcomed into a loving family. Results are attainable through hard work and dedication. Kids' classes are extremely beneficial. The coaches are GREAT with children of all ages, and teach discipline, respect and defense. 100% recommended for adults and children! I saw positive results in my children and myself!

I am from out of town and dropped in for a class. Anthony and everyone in the gym was super welcoming and the instruction was excellent. They do a great job of balancing the intensity of the sport with a relaxed learning environment and I could tell that the students knew each other well and helped each other to learn. I hope to go back before my visit to Florida ends.

We had our 7 year old attend and introductory class today with Anthony and I could not have asked for a better interaction. We had high hopes, but did not expect much considering the interest our child was showing leading up to our appointment. The man truly has a way with kids and I am conformable with saying I look forward to him helping us groom our child's discipline, self-esteem, and attitude going forward.

Coach Anthony gave my son and I an intro class and a tour of his facility yesterday. The atmosphere was great, and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience; Anthony was very welcoming, humble, and when he talked it was evident how passionate he is about what he does. Mr. Jay guided Gabe in his first lesson, which he loved and caught on quickly. He left feeling confident and content and he cannot wait to officially start tomorrow, it’s all he’s been talking about!
