Keaco Carrier Tapes offer full-range, optimum protection during storage and transit for individual items requiring automated handling. Using only the highest grade of conductive/non-conductive polystyrene and polycarbonate plastics, our unique pocket designs allow for maximum stability and consistency for loading and unloading parts.
Keaco embossed carrier tapes are designed to package, protect and present components to pick and place machines for automatic handling. Keaco is an expert in matching the correct material and thickness for your particular application. Our carrier tapes reel are designed to insure the absolute best physical and ESD protection of each and every device.
KEAPAK cover tapes are used to seal onto the top surface of the carrier tape in order to hold the components in place after insertion. Keaco offers cover tapes with either heat activated cover tape or pressure sensitive adhesives. KEAPAK psa cover tapes are static dissipative on both the inner and outer surfaces to provide complete ESD protection.
KEASTAT polycarbonate roll stock materials are specifically designed for high speed roll fed thermoforming applications requiring antistatic or conductive properties. These high grade materials can be used for carrier tape production as well as for thermoforming trays.
