I can't say enough good things about this company. I have several pairs now and love each one for their respective attributes. I have had a couple of accidents and incurred breaks to the frames as a result. Maui Jim's Sunglasses has always fixed them free or a minimal cost. They have also gone the extraile and thrown in a personal touch to make me feel like a valued customer. If you like value, high quality sunglasses and being appreciated this is a company to purchase from.

Went there yesterday after going to Lens Crafters. Service was opposite from the last place I went. After standing around I had to ask for help. One lady told me to look around as she walked out the door. I finally got this other lady and she couldn't answer some my questions. I complained about nobody noticing me and she said, well the other lady noticed you. The one that was walking out the door. After that nobody in there made eye contact with me. Felt more like an intruder than a customer.

A great blonde girl from the Midwest had helped my husband with his glasses,
However, Jordan is the man we approached about exchanging the hat. He hardly said a word, reluctantly took the hat we wanted to exchange, and just seemed very put out by the whole transaction

I have a set of custom sun glassed made. The part where the lens meets the bridge cracked, this is a failure of the lens and should be replaced by MJ. They states they wouldn't repair/replace the lens but to purchase a new set for $400, really? Not worth it. MJ doesn't stand behind their product and far over priced.

Couple ladies in the office were not friendly, impersonal, no aloha. Felt like they were annoyed to have customers in the store. I was quoted 30min for a repair that took 8min And promoted to go wait somewhere else, heard the same thing for 2 customers that came in after me. Why? The environment and entire experience has completely changed, and not for the better, since Bill's passing. RIP Missing the old Maui Jim's where everyone was welcomed with a friendly smile and treated like family.

Initially sent in my Maui’s for a lense replacement out of warranty. Turn around and price was fair. However, upon receiving the glasses back I noticed the nose pads hadn’t been replaced. They were quite worn after almost 5 years of daily wear. I called in to their CS who said they should have been replaced. They sent me a free FedEx label to send the glasses back in. Turnaround was even quicker this time around. While a small inconvenience at first, they made up for it. I’ve said it before, I’m a lifelong MJ customer.

I mailed in two pairs of sunglasses do you have the lenses replaced. Very quick turnaround time. Three stars because it’s literally the only thing they did was replace the lenses. They didn’t clean them and they didn’t replace we almost worn nose pads. My face is pretty oily, so the nose area and the temple area of the sunglasses tend to get oily. They returned with the same oily spots as they left with.

I never knew about this brand. Honestly. I went to the airport store requesting sun glasses for hiking (I forgot my sunglasses at home). She provided me with many selections and different brands and once I put these sun glasses on I was like, forget it! Do not show me any more I just need to pick the right color for me!!!

When at Kaiser in Mission Viejo CA I was looking for a new pair of Oaks, and the sales lady told me all about Maui Jims and how great the lens were. I in 55 years have purchased 30 or more pair of the local Oakley brand being in So Cal and never had an issue, I should not have considered changing brands. Why?? - On 7/22/2020 I purchase and pay for Maui Jim Stingray SG by credit card to Kaiser. They tell me about 2 weeks as Maui ships direct to me, I'm cool with waiting. 3 weeks later on 8/12/2020 I go ask Kaiser where are my Stingrays? on 8/15 Kaiser calls me tells me Maui never shipped but

I purchased my first pair of Maui Jim sunglasses after having LASIK. I purchased the SHOALS model with Hawaiian Blue lenses. The fit, quality and clarity of the glasses is excellent and extremely durable as I wear them everyday and am very active. My glasses recently took a hard impact that cracked a lens and sheared the screw holding the temple on. I took them to the Maui Jim facility in Peoria where they were able to fix my frame and install new lenses. I bought sunglasses by Maui Jim in the Sunglasses Hut shop which located in the shopping center Samui Central Festival. Seller gave me insurance for this sunglasses and the check. Later one week, I had worn the glasses once again. In consequence of which, the nose frame had broken. I was wearing the glasses neatly. After that case, I was back to… the shop and asked to back money or change the glasses. Sellers rejected my ask and proposed to send the glasses to the repair center at myself expense. I brought my poor sunglasses that feel off my head in June to be repaired here. I need to have the lenses replaced. I was a bit leery after seeing reviews here that said they don't do repairs. They absolutely do still yet. (I have brought sunglasses to be repaired before, so I thought maybe the policy changed.)
This is the corporate store. They have a large inventory here. The employees were friendly, and they greeted me immediately when I walked in.
