I purchased a Ferrari F12 from HBI. The experience was exceptional. Over the years I have purchased exotics from all over the country. No one has even come close to the customer service, professionalism, honesty and overall experience. Bought a used 911 S wide body from them. Had it about 2 weeks and the convertible top stop working. I bought the car as is no warranty, Took the car back to them thinking this is probably going to cost me a couple thousand, nope did not cost me anything. The service guy told me they would eat the cost . And on top of that they brought the car back to my house which is about an hour away. This company is a great company and have a client for life , this will not be my only car I buy from them.

Since it will not let me respond to William's fictitious post to me I'm going to leave another review. I was not aware that I needed to install the motor immediately to find out that you sold me a bad motor. I was under the impression through emails that the motor was in perfect shape so I put the project on the back burner and waited not being aware that you had sold me a bad motor. So I don't understand why the few months that I waited is an issue when I sent you the pictures of the motor it was still on the palette you had sold it to me with. What can I say more about this shop? Billy and his team are going strong and I will say they've earned a lifelong customer after my initial service.
Fantastic service and communication. From start to end, they are extremely easy to work with and honest. I ask a question about exhaust and as luck would have it he had one in the shop getting ready to be installed and took me back and showed me everything and gave me a tip on how to save some money so when I'm ready for this next project I will definitely be going to HBI auto again.
