In this mat Pilates class, we will work on the entire body to balance all muscle groups, increase flexibility and strength, with an emphasis on the core. CORE is a contemporary studio that preserves the original technique, while incorporating modern knowledge to improve your fitness. Props like the magic circle, weights, bands, and stability balls are used.
It's time to get "un-stationary" on our bikes! TURN, TILT, and LEAN as you ride. As you move through an expanded range of dynamic, functional movements, you will benefit from this comprehensive, total body workout with special emphasis on activating essential CORE muscles. Burn 20% more calories compared to a stationary bike.
The most versatile piece of Pilates equipment, the Reformer provides an energizing whole-body workout with over 500 exercises, while improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. Developed by Joseph Pilates in 1926, this machine addresses virtually every part of the body for clients from the novice to the super fit.
CORE Fit Bootcamp - A cardio-infused class that improves your agility, strength, and balance using functional training techniques with adjustable kettlebells, hand weights, Bosu balls and the Orbit. The NEW Orbit will challenge your CORE working in linear and circular movements to keep your CORE muscles engaged, stretched, and strong.
Our yoga (hatha) classes are eclectic and inspired by a few different styles of yoga. This class combines breathwork (pranayama) with a variety of physical postures (asanas) and deep relaxation (savasana). Asanas are held for several breaths to allow students the opportunity to open and release into the pose.

Core is a great place to work out! Cindi is a wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable instructor. She also has a group of instructors who are excellent. I have been going since Core opened and continue to enjoy every class. I also continue to be challenged by the workouts which is very important. A very fun group of people work out at Core! New members are always welcome!

CORE is a great, clean, fun place to
exercise that works for you at a reasonable price. Various classes, well-trained, knowledgeable instructors, small group classes, or individual sessions, and the clientele are fun, interesting people, too! I have been going since it opened several years ago and it’s become part of my lifestyle.

I have tried several gyms and studios over many years, but I have stayed at CORE. Small classes, accessible to all skill levels and ages, a truly personal experience in a friendly and supportive group setting. I am challenged with every workout. The Real Ryder cycle classes are vastly superior to any other cycle class in town, as close to being on a road bike as possible (but no traffic!) I schedule a Reformer or Suspend session once a week in addition to the mat classes, and the Movement class that focuses on myofascial release in combination with Pilates is not to be missed!
