Tip-up batch furnaces, used by the aerospace industry in the heat treating of titanium and high nickel alloy forgings. Built in 1997, this automated system includes a quench tank in the floor, with a manipulator in front of each Furnace. A titanium and super alloy forging furnace, used in the aerospace industry. Features include a wide range of operating temperature ranges, meeting emission requirements in an operating range from 1000* to 2100* degrees Fahrenheit, holding +/- 20* temperature uniformity and less than 50 parts per million NOx throughout.
Automated tip-up batch furnace, with a quench tank and material handling system in front of the furnaces. Built in 2007, this automated system is used to heat treat large forged aluminum rolled rings for power generation, oil, gas and other industries.
