Wow wow wow stunning unique beautiful stuff, eg. We were eyeing the most incredible piece: an authentic ox cart from India, restored burnished mangowood with a golden hued glaze, over 8 feet tall. Talk about extremely amazing customer service! I found the perfect sectional, perfect color of leather and a time frame that worked. Unfortunately, the leather was no longer available. Heather a designer at the store, called and sent alternative swatches that might work. She stayed patiently in touch with us while we tried to make a decision. None of the alternates work, so I had to sadly cancel.

The owner, Arnie, called a day later and apologized for the leather becoming unavailable, which was out of his control, but he wanted me to know he was sorry! On top of an unnecessary apology

What a great shop! Something caught my eye as I strolled by. Went in and then EVERYTHING caught my eye. Settled on a wonderful one-of-a-kind lamp. Just returned home to Oceanside and it is perfect in my home! There are so many things in Palomas that are unique and beautiful.

I've been working with Arnie for a few years now and he's been an absolute pleasure to work with during that time. The items within his store are super unique and have been incredible additions to my office in San Francisco. When you find somebody that takes customer satisfaction seriously coupled with pieces that get a "wow" from clients, I'm a very satisfied customer and will be far into the future.

If you are visiting Carmel by the Sea you need to stop in. They curate an amazing collection of decor items. Pricing is surprisingly good considering the premium costs of a retail space in Carmel.

Very friendly, family run. We walked in thinking we would window shop and quickly found the values too much to pass up. Love the new glassware and hand blown glass decor. Next trip north will be sure to stop through.

Wow! This is the coolest store ever! I think I loved every piece of furniture and accessory they had. They even had hanging fixtures and paintings. I think the quality of the merchandise is very good. The furnishings were very high end and of lasting quality. The owner said he travels to Mexico and Peru to purchase his inventory.
I highly recommend anyone living in the area to stop by.

What a special place, near and dear to our hearts. My husband and I purchased a beautiful console table probably 5-6!yrs ago - beautiful Indonesian rustic wood. Carmel is a special place for us anyway, the fact that found this treasure of a piece makes it extra special.
Just a couple of weeks ago we were again in Carmel and of course strolled into Paloma's . We were greeted by Dave who had helped us previously ( made that connection) - quickly found a beautiful dining table and chairs, just the look that we've been hunting for.

Splendid staff in Dave and Heather who went to the trouble of finding in the warehouse the exact hammered copper table I wanted and sending pics before my three hour drive to Carmel. They have a great neighbor too, the fire chief next door even pitched in and helped load that very heavy table into the back of my SUV. We will be back.

I ordered artwork and other furnishings from this store for my home. The goods they delivered were damaged. The glass in the artwork was cracked on the back side. It was a large piece and they set it up with the cracks facing the wall so I wouldn't notice. In addition, they scheduled a delivery time for 7 am and showed up at 6 am. I understand they were trying to get through their day, but I spent thousands of dollars at this store so I didn't appreciate the inconvenience. When I mentioned it to the delivery people, they laughed. No concept of customer service.

This store is a true gem of Carmel and we were so happy to have found it. We were only in town for a day and unfortunately arrived after hours. We saw an item that we wanted and called the next day. Heather could not have been more helpful. She provided us with elite service and made us feel like truly valuable customers. Heather helped us with our order via phone and arranged for shipping. I LOVE Palomas. You know how there are a few stores where you just appreciate the buyers? Their design sense in every piece they offer just seams to shine? Well, Palomas is one of those stores. My favorite home furnishings store in Carmel, each time I visit, I need to stop by.

Over the years we've purchased a number of items from them. One of which is a gorgeous Sun that hangs on the wall and has followed us from a previous home. What a great store. Was in Carmel on a mini weekend get away and found Palomas when walking around town. Erik was really cool. We walked in and really enjoyed talking about the various art and furniture pieces. We actually ended up buying a wooden buddha that was really reasonably priced. All the items in the store have a story behind them, so I highly recommend talking to the sales associate and learning about it. The pricing isn't too bad either.

This place is absolutely the best store that we visited during the 3 days we are in Carmel! I am a huge fan for home furnishing decor and when I get to see one of the kind pieces, my heart is happy. From the minute we walked in I can not stop saying "wow". We brought a Tiki wood coffee table that is just so one of the kind with a super reasonable price. David was the one helped us out and he even offered free stripes so we can tie the table to the bed of our truck.

Wow just wow, this place has so amazing unique pieces! I walked by and this wooden dining set caught my eye.. such a simple but beautiful table with matching chairs....I could see this in my home! The prices were high, however being that so many items are one of a kind....

The lamps were really cool, lot's of different options. Seems like they have something for everyone. Some really modern pieces and then very rustic ones. Love that they have so much to offer. Staff was friendly and not pushy... they seem to get a lot of people just admiring all their furniture.

Everything in this store is absolutely beautiful!! Unfortunately not everything is affordable for most. Had a hard time finding anything under about $400. Furniture in the thousands.

Upon entrance there was this beautiful, long dining table with a copper lined top. It was explained to me that it was all melted down used copper pieces. Pretty interesting to look at.

My sister had bought a lamp (point of illumination) on July 20 for $695 and with an additional shipping to Singapore for $200. Told that it will take 2 weeks to 30 days and it has been 40 days but with no sign of the lamp! Service was good at the shop without denying as other reviews had commended. Unfortunately there aren't any reviews on shipping matters.
September 1, I sent an email to check out about the purchase and got an immediate solution to the mailing problem. Arnie, the owner will expedite the parcel immediately via UPS! The International mailing will cost the store $470 which

I have loved this place for almost 15 years! I always look to see what lovely piece of art I can take home. This time I was just browsing. The pricing is a bit higher than I remember. There service is great. I appreciate their patience in answering my questions.

Everyone from in the store to on the phone to the delivery team was outstanding!!! We walked in and loved a couch set. We weren't quite ready to commit but Heather let us know when the configuration we wanted came in and we pulled the trigger. Jeremy & the delivery team took great care of us & had everything in the house before 7am.

For a number of years we've popped into Carmel and cruised through this store. This year we've bought a few pieces and I have to say the prices are surprisingly good for Carmel.
