We provide coaching services to executives and managers who need an objective external resource to support their development. We are flexible in our approach and tailor the coaching process to meet the client need. In general, we follow a four-phased approach to ensure the most value is gained from the coaching experience.
The purpose of this phase is to gather as much information as possible on the coachee's work context and how the coachee is perceived by others. We will interview several individuals who can offer insight into the strengths and areas for development for the coaching client. If possible, we may also observe the coachee in the context of the work setting.
