Andy, Brandi and the whole staff at PTR (more than just Truck Rentals) have treated us as a Top Shelf Customer by getting our company what we need and in such short order. I'm not saying they can do that every time, yet they do go above and beyond with our requests. They have F550 Flatbed work trucks to pull trailers such as GN trailers & Enclosed Trailers, and PTR can customize to fit our specific needs as ordered....plus many other assets. I purchased a 2016 Ram 5500 truck back in February of this year. Mick Gerber was great with answering any questions or concerns that I had prior to picking up the vehicle. Complete disaster of an experience this summer. Had a rental agreement for a specific truck take days to even get out together. Then got strung along with lies from the associate on the deal. long story short it took a week and a half to finally get my truck. I waited for three days home from work because each day I was told "the truck is on the way" etc to only find out after me calling a hundred items the truck was on rent to someone else and was simply lied to for whatever reason.
