SheBOSS Hair Collection, LLC is an online hair extensions retailer established on 4/15/19. We are locally owned and operated in Richmond, VA. Our CEO is Jackie Lowery who is a mother of 4, wife, licensed cosmetologist, and a banking professional. Jackie has been in the hair industry since the very young age of 12 when she started installing hair extensions and braids on neighborhood friends and family.
We deliver locally for free to customers within a 6 mile radius of Whiteoak Mall in Richmond, Virginia. For all other distances (up to a 12 mile radius), delivery fees vary based on distance. During checkout, orders eligible for local delivery will automatically populate as local delivery, after the "Ship It" option is selected, if the address on the order is within our delivery range.
Even though we attempt to offer the very best Virgin and Raw hair that can be sourced, on occasions our hair extensions can shed, become tangled or matted if proper care isn't taken. Even with proper care, you should expect a small amount of tangling and a small amount of shedding, as these are natural things that occur with natural hair and hair extensions.
