Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to have them come out for an estimate and sat home all day waiting - for no one to show up or call to let me know they wouldn't be coming! I Called the office multiple times and got no calls back as well.

Quoted us to do soffit work with a 2 week timeline. After 3 weeks, we followed up to see when they would be out to do the work and were told any number of lies as to why they hadn't yet been out. In each converstion we were promised that we were "on the list for that week" and it "would absolutely be done". After over a month of back and forth we realized they had no intention of honoring their signed contract. I understand we all suffered hurricane damage and everyone wants their work done asap, but honesty goes a long way. We will never do business with Suntech!
