We’ve rented chairs from here a few times and it gets the job done. However, a few things make the experience less than ideal. First, the employees always seems quite disinterested in my order, both on the phone and in person. Additionally, the hours are really bad for someone who works; 9 to 5 is tough to make work for a drop off, and leaving the items outside beforehand is not allowed.

Very professional and helpful service from Yolanda. I need to rent some tables and chairs for a Sunday birthday, and she helped me 4 days before the event. I did have to pick up, but they had everything ready and someone was helping us put everything into our minivan. Will definitely use their service again.

Booked them to rent chairs and linens for my wedding. We visited their location and was greeted by Yolanda. She took our order and was great at helping to select the appropriate tablecloths for the tables we already had. Scheduling delivery and pickup was super easy.
The delivery was just as simple. They came right on time, was super friendly with drop off. And when it came to pick up, it was exactly the same.
Once COVID disappears we will have a much larger party and will definitely give them a call! Thanks you guys for helping make our day possible in the midst of this pandemic.

I placed an order fir my Graduation Party forvthis Saturday. I was told a couple of days ago I would be called this afternoon as to what time they would be delivering.The manager I spoke to said the delivery would be between 2-4pm tomorrow! I had to call them at 5pm to find this out!! They weren't even going to call me until tomorrow! Very bad customer service!!! They won't give me an exact time. I will never do business with this company again!!!

I was throwing a party for my husband's 30th Bday and needed some last minute cocktail tables and an ice chest. Arcadia Party Rentals was really accommodating with my last minute request and easy to book.
When I arrived, I was greeted by two friendly women and a gentleman that loaded my car. Everything turned out great and I will definitely use them again.

Great and convenient party rental place right in the heart of Arcadia!
I needed a last minute order of stanchions and found this place via Yelp. I called them and they were able to accommodate my needs right away! I told them I would be picking it up in a few hours. I ended up coming earlier than expected, and to my surprise the stanchions were already prepped and ready for me!
The people there assisted me to get it into my car, and in less than five minutes I was out the door!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. What a great company to do business with. I called them on a Saturday for a Tuesday party after calling another company that was suggested by a friend and who was not too helpful, so on my own I called Arcadia Party Rentals. Jennifer was helpful and business like and was 1/2 the price of the other Company
They delivered as promised and everything was correct and looked good. The delivery men were courteous and helpful. All my guests will be using this company from now on for sure. Thank you Arcadia Party rentals for making my party a success

My mother is in a care facility and I wanted to have a birthday party for her a small one is still required some seating at the last minute (night before) I found out they didn't have folding chairs..... Came by to inquire some prices, the old woman who helped me was rude. When I had a question, she answered it as if I was extra. I can't help it, I am renting stuff for work, I have to make sure, they had a list of questions.

I was very impressed by the service given by Arcadia Party Rentals. The customer service from both the ladies in the office to the delivery/pickup staff was on point. They helped make our party a success. I was completely satisfied with quality of the tables, chairs and the market umbrellas that I had to add on to my order last minute. I went with Arcadia Party Rentals for my wedding in August 2015 at the Heritage Square Museum in Los Angeles. We were completely satisfied with the quality of the rentals as well as the delivery and pick up service. They helped our special day go so smoothly! Making the deposit was easy and we didn't have to worry about anything after that. The prices are also very competitive (i.e. cheaper) when compared to the competition. Great service and quality. Such a piece of cake, haha! No really though, these people know their stuff and make it so easy to work with them. From creative linen color combinations to knowing the size of tent and how many heaters are necessary, it really takes the guessing out of planning your events.
