My style of newborn photography puts the focus on you and your baby. As a newborn photographer, I capture the wondrous moments of your newborn baby's first days.
Using simple poses, wraps and props, we are able to capture the natural purity of your newborn. Not only do I photograph baby alone, I also love to document the connection families have with baby. For family+baby photos, one side of the studio is set up with a boho bedroom vibe for casual, candid lifestyle photos.

I am a family and newborn photographer in Cypress, Texas and have been blessed with the opportunity to capture the first days of your newborn's life and all of the memories thereafter. My husband and I have two children, Katie and Sam, who have inspired me to capture every moment of their journey. Maybe I can't bottle their sweet snuggles, but I believe a photograph can bring those precious memories to life.
The first few weeks of a newborn's life seem to fly by (not to mention the first few years!) and I want to help you remember this precious time. Let's document this newborn yumminess for you to cherish for years to come. Newborn sessions are typically done 5-14 days after birth. Although I recommend reaching out several months in advance, I understand how overwhelming and busy pregnancy is and encourage you to contact me at any time.
The nursery was pristine down to the custom-made bedding, the house was baby proofed, shelves were stock, car seats installed and every baby book read. However, I often regret never taking the time to document either pregnancy. As a photographer, I am ashamed to admit that I only have a few cell phone pictures from when I was pregnant with our first, and no photos from when I was pregnant with our second child.
Depending on my availability, some sessions can be scheduled the same week, however most sessions are scheduled 4+ weeks in advance. If you are a couple, expect lots of variety and a lifestyle session. For families, I not only capture the family together, but also individually and in smaller groups.
At Becky K Photography, I like to keep things simple. From my style of photography to pricing. All of the packages are all-inclusive, including both full-resolution images and a print release. I also offer prints, gallery canvas wraps and framed photos through a professional lab at significantly reduced prices to maintain the level of quality that your artistic images deserve.

Amazing photography! Such a sweet person who will answer every questions you have after the process. Also during the photo shoot she is so calm and patient with kids it's unbelievable I definitely recommend her I loved my babies first year pictures.

Becky was so patient and understanding when we had to change the date numerous times. When we arrived she was very thorough and intentional when crafting poses and outfits, making sure to listen to our style. She took her time and I never felt rushed or like she was trying to just get the pictures done. Her assistant Katie was also very sweet and was a great asset for getting the pictures done! Would definitely recommend Becky!

I cannot say enough good things about Becky and the quality of her work. She was so patient and kind with my both of my kids. We booked maternity, new born, milestone (3,6,9,12 months) photos. We just wrapped up our 12 month photos. I'm sad that we will not be seeing her regularly anymore. She is so personable and caring with the kids, and she does not rush through photos. Becky was very open to trying to achieve my vision for photos. I would definitely recommend her!

We did booked maternity and newborn sessions with Becky and had amazing experience. She is wonderful person and photographer. Photography is her passion and she goes above and beyond to make sure you get more value out of your session. Both my photography session went overtime, no extra charge, because she wanted to make sure we get best pictures. Highly recommended.
