Regular Cleaning: For those who have used our service or another professional cleaning service within the 30 days. Before we arrive: If the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, please add the flat-rate "Heavy Duty" extra to the booking.
Once we arrive: Any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service.This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from initiating the cleaning process at arrival. For this service, we provide a solution for any requests you may have including extras that usually would be considered add-ons.

I had a particularly messy situation to deal with and the team handled it all so beautifully. They turned my rental home upside down and cleaned everything from the baseboards to the air vents to things I would never even think of doing. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Great ethic, attitude, and attention to detail—and a lovely management and booking process.

They are fantastic! They did a deep cleaning post some renovations in Ft Lauderdale. They were immediately responsive, worked hard, were very friendly, were proud of the work they did and did a superb job. We have moved a lot over the years - this is our 21st house and we have never had a cleaning service equal to this. We will definitely have them back for more regular cleaning.

What I thought would be a normal deep cleaning of our 3/2 1600 sq ft home, turned into a construction clean up and Kilsy was super responsive and pivoted quickly to the change in scope of work. Her team was amazing! Showed up on time did an amazing job and we are so thankful. Wi thout a doubt we use Impeccable Touch again...as a matter of fact we are signing up for the monthly cleaning program. Thank you Kilsy and Team for going above and beyond!!

Our office needed to be disinfected and sanitized this week and Kielsy and her team came out right away and deep cleaned our office. They did an awesome job! She even sent me pictures and videos of the work they were doing. When we went back to the office it was super clean and smelled sanitized. I was very happy with the customer service and their professionalism. I highly recommend Impeccable Touch Cleaning. We will be hiring them to clean our office quarterly and possibly end up hiring them as our daily cleaning company.
