Love these guys, not my first time using them, won't be the last. I entered my request on the website and was confirmed almost immediately. The crew called the morning of my appointment to see if they could come early, which was great!! They followed COVID protocols, were safely masked and respectful of our property (careful not to damage walls, doors, bannisters!) We had two large living room chairs, a sofa and a rug removed and they were quick and smart about it. I wouldn't think twice for my next junk project to make them my go-to!

When we were recently faced with the overwhelming task of emptying out our parents home of 57 years, we wondered how we would get the job done. We called around and decided to hire One Call Junk Haul to remove years and years of accumulated stuff. Manny and Leo of truck number 22 arrived right on time. We had a rapid response to our request for an estimate and then they were able to come and pick up the junk the following morning. They arrived within the two hour window and were very prompt in responding to our texts for updates. We had a tight window for pick up as we were also moving furniture out of my mother's independent living apartment and we needed to be able to leave when the movers left. They were able to pick up the stuff and be finished in less than 30 minutes.

Very professional company, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to take down a very old large shed and old bunny cage and chicken coop on the property. It took 3 trucks to fill and remove so much junk debris and garbage. They did the project in 3 days over a series of weeks, scheduling a return date each time. They always came on time and when expected. I hired them for a HUGE job. The employees on site were very nice and respectful of my grass and surrounding landscape. They cleaned up and swept up any debris before packing it up for the day. I would 1000000% recommend this company

I had a few pieces of furniture I needed to have removed. Having used 1800 got junk before I called them first. The price was outrageous for 2 pieces. (A couch and livingroom chair. ) Found this place in my search and found thier price far more reasonable. The guys were running late but did text me to keep me updated on when to expect them. I'm so impressed with the service I received! I was in a tough spot and needed items hauled sooner rather than later. After explaining my situation, Jesse worked his magic with operations and was able to get a team (Lio & Roberto) with a 3-5pm window THAT DAY! To my surprise, they showed up AT 3pm and moved the items out in about 25 mins. Ed in customer service was very pleasant and helpful!

After one junk company showed up at our house and then told us they wouldn't take our stuff because of the little bit of snow on the ground we were in a bind. We were moving the next day and had to get everything out of the house. Our realtor referred us to One Call and they came out the same day and did an amazing job. These guys were so easy to work with! Messaged them on yelp at 8.00 pm and the owner Jesse messaged back!! This was a Friday evening, set up an appointment for noon the next day! Jesse called at 8.00 am for a reminder, driver called at 11.00 am to let me know they were an hour away. Picked up everything that had been sitting in my house for a while!
