I noticed I had a slow tire leak while coming into Effingham on a road trip pulling a camper. Not knowing where to get it looked at I pulled up tire service on my GPS. Followed it to Al's. What a great experience it was. They were able to get me in quickly without having to drop the trailer, found the problem, fixed it and I was back on the road real quick. Everyone I had contact with was great from the guys in the shop to the lady I payed in the office. If I lived in a 100 mile radius of this place I'd never do tire business anywhere else. Great job.

Took my car there to get 4 tires put on, balanced and alignment, also told them to be careful not to hit my expensive brembo brake calipers when they take off and put the tires back on, sadly they hit it and it chip the paint. Besides that they also aligned my tires improperly the car was pulling hard to the right. They did pretty good Installing my new tires tho, they just need to be more careful working on people’s vehicles.

Crystal was extremely helpful with everything I needed. She helped me install my new hum in my car and set it all up for me. She also helped set up auto pay and ways to save my bill per month. Last week I went to Al’s tire mart to the Verizon department to ask a simple free question. When I walked in I saw one of the salesman’s just smiling from ear to ear. His name is Adam Jackson. I decided to go to him. I have never had the best customer service in my life until I walked into that store. From buying a car to eating at a restaurant. I walked out with a new phone , phone screen protector , phone case, a palm and a tablet. His actions and his attitude was so amazing. He helped me with every single question I had. I didn't purchase my phones here, but stopped in to get the liquid screen protectors on two of my pricey devices. Jordan accommodated my request with extreme professionalism. He went the extra mile to explain how to register and redeem my warranties, if need be. I also observed another employee going above & beyond to help a customer.
