A very simple explanation is that we fully believe in what we do. We care for people who inspire us. We learn about our residents interesting history and life experiences and their point of view. In return, we discover more about ourselves each day. Together, we create special moments for our residents and loving memories for our families.
At Applewood Our House, residents are treated with love and respect. We are proud to offer 24/7 care with well trained and QMAP certified caregivers. Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized and engaged care to every single resident, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and requests.
Applewood Our House Golden is our first home and was completely remodeled in 2011 to serve our elderly residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. We have rooms for 12 residents, with ten private rooms and one companion room. The welcoming Golden home has mature trees and a fabulous backyard and garden for our residents, pets, and families to enjoy.
Applewood Our House has five boutique residential assisted living homes for those with memory care needs. Our homes feel just like home, immediately instilling a sense of calm and comfort in current residents, prospective residents, and their families. Residents and their families often comment on how pleasant and welcoming our homes feel.
We just were honored with the BBB Finalist Torch Award, the Torch Award is the most prestigious award the BBB can present to a business. Being a recipient indicates that the business not only believes in the high standards promoted by the BBB, but also consistently acts on them and continuously integrates them into daily practices.
