Suttles Flooring, Middle Georgia's oldest family owned flooring company, was established more than sixty years ago by Furman and Margaret Suttles. Although Furman was skilled in installing various flooring materials, his passion was carpet installation. He and his team of installers were leaders in the industry, providing custom installation services for Sears, local hotels, hospitals, and countless homes in Macon and surrounding areas.
Margaret ran the business end of things and assisted in the showroom while raising their two children, Kathy and Todd. Margaret and Furman instilled the principles of hard work, integrity, and taking care of people in their children. This is the worst experience I've had with customer service and getting a project completed as quoted. I would rate a '0' if it was available.. The office personnel showed no concern to make certain the products needed were in stock to complete the flooring in a timely manner. Their only concern was to get paid, even before the project was finished. The installers really work well together to try to do a great job. Their work was hindered by the office personnel not confirming All the products needed to be in stock. The installers were instructed from the office twice to arrive at our residence

I highly recommend using Suttles Flooring. I couldn't have had a better experience. They are very customer oriented. Great at communicating with me every step of the way. Super helpful and patient with me while I took forever picking out a floor style. The guys who did the installation did a great job, my floors look amazing. I will use them again in the future.

The floors in my 200+ year old historic home look better than I thought they could. Todd and Julie answered all of my questions, provided a detailed cost estimate, and came in on budget even with a few surprises along the away. Their crew was on time, respectful of my home, and took pride in their work. The monocoat was the way to go with my floors, and I'm so grateful they had that as an option; poly is not a good look for heart pine! You can trust them to do an amazing job; I highly recommend them.
