The staff was extremely kind and clearly very experienced with kids! They showed tools to my son before they used them. He was nervous but this method helped a lot!
They were patient and understanding when my kid started losing interest in the appointment. I am very happy to have gotten an appointment in with this practice and feel very comfortable with future appointments. Thank you team for going above and beyond.

Great with our kids! We are new to the area and chose this place based on proximity and great ratings. We were not disappointed. My two boys ages 7 and 8 also enjoyed their experience. My 8 yr old even trusted the Dr. to pull a baby tooth that was loose for quite some time. He was so glad to get that taken care of. No tears! :) Thanks, team! We found our new dentist for the kids.

Very grateful for Dr. Hardy and his team. Both my kids and myself have had great experiences. He uses the latest technology and really hones his craft.

The staff are phenomenal - kind, patient, wonderful with children. The doctors are also great and make things easy for kids to understand. However the system that they use for emergencies is frustrating; when you call after hours, you are told to leave a message and that your call will be returned. Ours was not. My daughter's expander broke in half over the weekend and we didn't get a call back at any point. We called first thing Monday morning and were told that the scheduling system wasn't working so they couldn't fit us in at any time that day. While we were able to get in on Tuesday and things

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I took both of my children twice this year, both times the office was very unorganized with obvious high turnover. I was pulled out of my kids dental appointment by the front desk who said, your insurance doesn’t cover this visit, so you’ll owe $700 for today and sorry we didn’t tell you but it didn’t cover the last visit either so we need to charge you for both today. I was livid. I’m a doctor. I would never see a patient if their insurance wouldn’t cover it. Instead they waited until after they brushed my kids teeth. To top it, I went back

Wonderful listeners! Really paid attention to my needs as an adult getting braces, and because of that, I get comfortable even before my first visit. The set up process is also super easy and they’re very thorough before, during, and after the visit.

Dr. Nam and her team are wonderful!! The one on one attention with each of our kids was really appreciated. The littlest one wasn’t even scared which says a lot! Highly recommend for all ages.

Great experience. We were only there for a routine teeth cleaning but everyone was very welcoming and had good patience with making sure my kids had a positive experience. I appreciate having the forms available online to fill out ahead of time. I’m also very impressed with the cleanliness and organization.

We have always had great experiences here! This office really gets kids. This was our third visit. Dr. Nam and her hygienists are so skilled at working with kids. Regina was our hygienist and she was incredibly kind and patient. My 2 year old son was nervous and wanted me to hold him during his exam and had to take breaks so I could help him feel more comfortable and they were friendly and accommodating and it made such a difference! We're so glad to have found a wonderful dentist for our children!!

I was shocked to hear at my daughters 18 month old pediatrics appointment that she was ready for her first dentist appointment! Dr Hardy and her staff were so kind. She has a child my daughters age and it showed. The best part is that for children under 24 months their exam is free. She even got a little stuff animal to take home. I would definitely recommend Hardy Pediatric Dentistry.

The friendliest staff ever! My nieces and nephews actually enjoy going to the dentist, and Dr. Nam is so good with kids. Clean, warm office with a lot of toys for kids, charging station for phones, and complimentary coffee selections.
