Valley Sheet Metal Works was founded in 1932 by Gustave Taffe. The company gained a reputation for quality work, and its resulting success allowed Gus and his son-in-law to purchase the Reilly-Duerr Tank Company in 1950. This acquisition added tank design and construction to the company's abilities, and for increased capacity they moved to the present location in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The most tailored and efficient method of metal cutting is used in our manufacturing process, depending on the end product's usage and application.
