I called this morning, left a message and got a call back right away. Tim and his son were here within the hour and was very friendly and attentive. We will be using them in the future for any other services we may need. Thank you Tim for your great service.

HORRIBLE business practices. My husband called them initially and left a message and no one called back. He tried again a few days later, and got a hold of someone and scheduled an appt for a bust/frozen pipe that flooded our office when the outdoor faucet was used. they came out to look at it, gave us quote and and a tentative time to come fix it. Said he would have the office call us to confirm the day/time. the tentative day/time came and went and no one called and no one came. we called them the day after and they said they were "extremely busy" (no apologizes, just that they were busy) but

The guys that came out were experienced and took care of a very difficult problem that another organization failed to resolve. But I feel like I was over-charged because it was Friday night and I was looking at either paying them or going all weekend without running water. The other company charged me $95 an hour and H&H charged me $450 for an hour, but they got it working. My suggestion is to discuss with them a fee prior to being on-site.
