Trust the bad reviews! Judging from the influx of good reviews I'd bet this company is offering an incentive for good reviews to add on to their other shady sales tactics. For once I didn't look in to something before I bought in and wound up paying for it in the end. Like your parents taught you, if it sounds too good to be true its because it is. Freezer financed at an 18% interest rate, I've never had a rate that high in my life. Food quality is sold to you as "the best you'll ever have" or "better than the butcher" and I'll tell you right now you could get the same quality meat down the road

I was very happy with the services. So after about a year we opted to purchase their water purification system. My water bill went from $214 to $1234! Turns out there was malfunction with the system and their plumber was able to quickly fix it by adding something to the water line. Why didn’t they just do that when they installed the system? They have taken no accountability for this. As a working mom of 4 kids you can imagine the financial crisis this has caused my family. I hope they come through with a reasonable solution, or we will no longer be customers.

We started using Hill Home Market after sampling some of their meat at the Boston Globe's Travel show. The meat was fantastic! Great tasting, lean. We've been using them for just over 1 yr and in that time we haven't bought meat at the supermarket once. My cholesterol has gone done despite still eating red meat. They have organic veggies too! The corn is so amazingly sweet! We barely go to the supermarket anymore. There is so much more to this service! One of the best perks is that they bring all my groceries in for me!

We seen Hill's Foods at the Worchester Home show and started talking the to person. We were looking for High quality foods for our family at a reasonable price. We made an appointment and they came out to our house on our schedule, and showed us what there company was all about. quality, Organic foods at around the same price you would pay for lower quality foods at your local supermarket. They set up a meal plan with us and arranged to have our first delivery. The sales rep, delivery guys and customer service people were all professionals. I have been with Hills Home Market since 2004 and I love the food and service. I bought the freezer from them at that time and when it broke years later the food was not spoiled so they let me keep what was in there and replaced my order as well for the inconvenience of having the freezer break. They are not a high pressure company and always help me keep within my budget while still getting a decent amount of meat for my family. My husband and I plan on staying with this company for a long time and tell people where our meat comes from when they say how delicious the meat is that we serve.

We ordered from The Hills and was extremely impressed with their customer service. The sales representative was very helpful in assisting us to order just the right amount and type of meats, pizzas, pasta and cakes. He was very knowledgeable about the company and gave us a history about it and explained in detail how the meats by far the best food you can get. Once the order was placed we also purchased a freezer, which I’m in love with, the food was delivered. They of course brought in the awesome freezer and set it up. Not only did they deliever the food they put it away in the freezer!! Wow
