These guys are great! They were on time, quick and super knowledgable. They made sure everything worked and helped me set up my phone, other user accounts and the iPad. The wiring they set up was done professionally and looked very neat, a plus for our small space. Frank and Joshua were even quiet as they installed the Nest lock and doorbell as we had a yoga class happening. I would recommend using them again and am planning on having them install a Nest thermostat in the future! I'm a big fan!

We have had two other electricians that claimed to know how to install Nest products attempt to install our Nest hello video doorbell and fail. I called LI Contracting and they sent a technician the same day that was able to install our door bell perfectly at a more than fair price. We HIGHLY recommend this company for your nest product needs!

WOW. Received the worst customer service from these people. I asked if they could come out and set up the Nest in my home. I sent them photos of my current system so they should easily be able to tell if they my system is compatible. He then became defensive when I was asking a simple question - if my system was compatible with nest. I then received an extremely rude message from them. They said they would charge me $350 just to come to my place to LOOK at the system.
The fact that they were horribly rude and charging $350 to come out to LOOK at my radiator is insane - the $350 includes nothing

DO NOT HIRE this company. I have had one of the worst experiences with a service provider ever. We hired them to install 2 cameras in our building. Within a week one of the camera failed. I called them and without any questions or troubleshooting the owner said that the problem was that our WiFi could not handle two cameras. This made no sense as it had worked for a week. Also why would he sell us 2 cameras (we spent $1200) if there could be an issue with the WiFi. This was not mentioned during the installation by the way. It's also convenient that his diagnosis put him out of the equation

I recently bought a new home and contacted LI for some work. Frank and Nicole were very helpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to mess up your AC system!!! Their service costed us $600, an entire central air control board, and another THOUSAND dollors to get someone else to get the entire thing fixed. Here is the thing, I contacted this company a while ago for two Nest Thermostats installation. The technician Frank was here for hours and went through a lot such as changing wires and adding even more. (the extra wires caused the whole main control board burned up later.)Right after he left, we noticed there was noise from our central air, and when we called him, he told us appealingly its not working

I was extremely pleased with the work of L.I. Contracting. I found them listed on the Nest website as Nest Pros. I knew my Nest Hello doorbell installation was going to be complicated. My house had a very old intercom doorbell system with low voltage wiring and no existing doorbell chime. Several other electricians and contractors (including Nest Pros) declined to take the job because it was not a simple instal. Frank was very skilled and creative in finding a way to use the existing wiring and boost the power by installing a transformer. He also found a great way to mount the doorbell on the previous

Frank came over to fix my Nest C wire issue. Phenomenal service, fantastic work ethic, honest, polite. He was supposed to come next day but called and said he had time tonight. How refreshing to not beg a vendor to come over and no excuses that it is too cold. He came and stayed late till the job was done. Did he ever know his stuff. No wonder they are an Elite Nest Vendor. Having LI come back to to do more work!

I contacted LI Contracting at the recommendation of Nest. LI Consulting was #4 on the list of providers closest in proximity to my house. While the technician was willing to make a late night house call to attempt to fix my heat, he performed a diagnostic and I am still unsure of the result more than one month later. He was on the phone with Nest at my house for hours and left after midnight - without fixing my heat. He said that he would follow up after he heard back from Nest. Well, I followed up a number of times and #1 they did not fix my heat #2 they never told me a reason why and just ignored
