With over 100 years combined experience in our office, Montague County Abstract and Title Company, Inc., or, MCATCo, for short, is the premier Title and Records source in Montague County! We are a COMPLETE Title plant, back to sovereignty, with records from 2004 to present computerized, in a user-friendly searchable database.

We ARE the source for copies of Deed Records, Real Records, and Probate Records from Patent, in hard copy, email, or CD! We also offer Closings by Email, Closings by USPS Mail, and Courtesy Closings. We also have maps of the entire county surveyed early in the 1940's with deed references and/or lease references on them!

Worst experience I have ever had with a title company. Did not want to reach out to client to obtain important documents and then lashed out to the agent when they had to work late on a file. Communication was lacking in everyway.
