Perry with Royal Water was nothing less than amazing. He tested out water and explained the science behind what he found. He tailored a water treatment plan for our entire house and had it installed within a week. The difference in our water is night and day! Our skin is softer and our dishes and clothes are cleaner. The water no longer has a water word taste. I would highly recommend Royal Water to anyone looking to improve the water in your home!

I’m not sure I have talked with someone as knowledgeable about water as Perry. He said there were better systems out there than ours, but ours was working well. He didn’t try to sell us on his preferred Softner. He tested our water and seemed quite thorough.

Royal Water Company did a great job of removing our old unit and installing a new one, quickly. Our old one had apparently been leaking a very long time as our water bill indicated. I called Perry and he arranged to get a new one ASAP and advised me how to shut off the water until the new one was installed. They did an awesome job for us.

I had purchased a new softener from Home Depot and it was a defective unit.
Called Royal and less than 24 hours they were out to repair it.
Perry who is the owner did a great job fixing our softener. Very courteous and professional.
Perry is a Veteran and I always go with a vet when ever possible.
I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Royal Water did everything they said they would and more! They installed a quality product that is functioning as promised. They quickly fixed a small problem I had. From the moment they came for a site survey to the finish of the install they did a very good job. At the end of the day quality product and performance is what matters and Royal Water delivered!
