Not a SHRED of professionalism. Horrendous customer service and unbelievably expensive. Randy came to house looking nasty, stinky, and greasy, and quoted us an ungodly price for an awning, I said okay and called around for more quotes. He followed up a week later at which time I told him I found another company that will install the same thing for a fraction of his cost. He got upset, hammered me with who and why questions, and then hung up on me. Don't let this poor excuse of a company gouge your wallets folks.

Estimator advised he would be able to install by a certain date as he had another job nearby. I was also advised on a 10-year warranty on fabric. These were not listed on the contract so I added and signed and returned and issued payment for the full amount.
Did not receive any subsequent communication so I called and spoke to one of the owners. He said he would defend his estimator. ?? We were then told he couldn't possibly get them installed so quickly. The order is now cancelled and we are ordering from another company. Need to improve their communications and level of professionalism.
