I've been wanting to write about this trip for several months now but I was also holding out hope that the kids would collectively make a trip video because writing and photos really can't do the trip justice. Charlotte Clews is a nature-nerd, ultra trail runner, thru-hiker, Maine Guide, mother and wunder-twin who teaches Pilates, strength training and physical rehabilitation in Downeast, Maine.

Due to the small size of my studio I will not be teaching public classes until further notice. I am however working 1-1 with clients, please contact me if you are interested. I was personally attracted to working with the reformer after nearly 20 years of an advanced yoga practice because I love how it helps me safely strengthen and stretch my spine, hips and shoulders within a safe range of motion thereby healing a number of hyper-mobility and over-use injuries. For most people Pilates apparatus work helps build range of motion and is particularly useful for people with limited mobility and strength.
