A/C broke and was planning to replace the whole system as it of age (all the neighbors are replacing theirs). They came out to give me a quote, and unlike the other contractors they fixed the problem on the spot for a nominal/minimal fee without me asking them to as I was ready for a full replacement.

These guys are fantastic. They make prompt appointments. They arrive on time. They're friendly and communicative on what they're doing and what they recommend.
I had AC service and new unit install through them, and it was a great experience. I will absolutely continue to use them for as long as I'm in the Gainesville area.
Other businesses could really take some pointers from Gator, their customer service is top-notch and their work extremely professional.

We called this business on a Saturday afternoon because of A/C not cooling. The phone was answered immediately, and we were told a technician would call us back right away to see about coming out. Within minutes, the phone rang, and after telling the technician (Lee) what was happening, he said he would be at the house within the hour.
Lee arrived within the hour, and quickly figured out the problem. Replaced the capacitor and everything is working beautifully! Thanks Lee and Gator Air!
$80 emergency service call fee with a 2-hour minimum. $40 part.
