Unwanted water in a residential or commercial building is a nightmare. Property owners face not only standing water, but they must deal with the consequences of the soaked building materials. If not properly remediated, wet or damp building materials can result in further damage and decay. Investing the time and resources needed to completely clean up building damage prevents problems down the road.
Unwanted water in your home or business can feel like an overwhelming disaster. When water from floods, storms, broken pipes, blocked drains and sewers, or poor drainage enters a building, Rhode Island property owners have a massive task in front of them. First, they need to remove the water. Second, they need to address the cause of the problem and make repairs so that they don't have to face a similar situation in the future.
Our smoke and fire damage professionals will begin working on your property as soon as is it is safe to enter. Our first job will be to secure the premises. We will brace and shore up the structure, board up windows, doors and other openings, and do whatever is needed to prevent further damage or injury.
There are multiple reasons to fight back when mold and mildew invade your living space or business premises. Mold causes ugly, often hard-to-remove stains. Both mold and mildew smell bad. Both substances reduce indoor air quality and can trigger asthma and allergy attacks in susceptible individuals.
A living space inhabited by a hoarder is often more than just a mess. The piles of trash can include human and animal feces, rodents, rotted food, bird droppings and more. These can turn a mess into a hazardous waste zone. The piles of items are dangerous and can cause falls. Some hoarders may live without heat or water because utility technicians cannot enter a space safely.

They came right over to our home in Warwick for a water restoration job and they brought very powerful water vacuums that pulled most of the water out of the rug. They had other drying equipment which was loud but got everything 100% dry. I liked that they used simple methods to fix the problem so it wasn't too expensive.

The faucet got left on and the basement got flooded. CW came right out and brought a pump with them on the first visit before we had even hired them. They were pros and were honest about the pricing and what it would take to get the basement dry and back to a useable condition. I liked that they were really fast and had tons of pumps and fans so the problem got resolved much faster then I anticipated. They did not upcharge us for anything even though there were a couple of things they did that were not included in the quote. The water was bad, but this Warwick restoration company took care of it
