Recently moved to Santa Monica and needed a new lash place. Tram was wonderful and did a consult and recommended I removed my old lashes and start with a new set because my former lash place in Seattle had glued lashes to my skin. Ciel was able to get me in the next morning to remove my old lashes and apply new ones. The new set looked and felt so much better and Ciel took time to explain to me in detail about how to care for my lashes and why it was so important that lashes weren’t glued directly to my skin. I recently went to Lash Pilot to get my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted as well as laminated and the experience was super seamless. I called ahead to ask Tram if I could bring my small dog and she was so happy I asked. Once I got there Tram talked me through everything she was doing and I was in and out in less than an hour. My eyebrows are a little unruly but she did an amazing job taming them and looking forward to seeing how long they last.

I will not go anywhere else to get my lashes done! This is my favorite place! They are so welcoming and spend ample time on each client ensuring that their customers are happy. They have squeeze me in even if I call last minute which is really nice! I highly recommend coming here for your lashes! They have great quality too.

Tram did a great job. She doesn’t rush, she stayed till 10 pm on a Saturday to do my lashes and eyebrows. She listens to what you want and does a great job.It was my first time that I’ve done lash extensions and micro blading for eyebrows and they both looked great.
