Claiborne County Family Health Center was incorporated in 1981 as a non-profit 501c (3) organization to engage in the planning and development of comprehensive health services for residents of rural communities in Claiborne, Warren, Jefferson, Copiah, and surrounding counties.
Claiborne County Family Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims, for itself and its covered individuals.Claiborne County Family Health Center mission is to provide quality, accessible, available, affordable, managed primary and preventative health care services to the residents of Claiborne County and surrounding areas.

With an emphasis on long-term continuing care and prevention, we are here to serve you and your entire family; from infants and school-age children to young adults, adults, and seniors.
