Our staff will work along with you and your physician to develop a plan of care, which will meet your needs. We are dedicated to promoting the physical and emotional well being of our patients and all who come in contact with our agency. Having a recovery program at home can provide much more flexibility and also mean that the patient does not have to spend weeks or months in hospitals.
Services
A leader in home health care, Classic Home Health Services provides services to the residents of Sumter, Hernando, Citrus, Lake and Marion counties in the central Florida area. Our office is located in Leesburg, Florida. After office hours and on weekends, an answering service will reach the nurse and he/she will return your call, answer any questions you may have, or come to see you if necessary.
We involve you, your caregiver or designee, key professionals and other staff members in developing your individualized plan for care, treatment and services. Your plan is based upon identified problems, needs and goals, physician orders for medications, care, treatments and services, time frames, your environment and your personal wishes whenever possible.
We accept payment for services from Medicare, private pay and private insurance upon benefit determination. Some insurers may limit the number and type of home care visits that will be paid for and may require pre-certification and/or co-payments. We will inform you, your family, caregiver or guardian of all charges and methods of payment before or upon admission.
The Dreams for Seniors Charity, founded in Pekin, Illinois in 2005, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that desires to bring smiles and joy to our seniors who have given smiles to so many others throughout their lives.
