I went here once with my daughter. The experience was horrible. My daughter and I both got highlights and the owner, Gina, completely fried our hair. It looked like my hair was set on fire!
I asked her kindly if we could set up another appointment to repair the damage and she snapped back at me demanding that it was perfect. She was even rude to my daughter, so much, that she began to tear up.
I was even willing to pay for another appointment, but Gina has so much pride and she wouldn’t help resolve my issue.
The whole time she was highlighting my hair, she was gossiping about anyone and everyone
