Tom of J & B Appliance was very professional. He is knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. He was able to come to my house in two days, to fix my washer. He was able to come early than the time given. I paid $149.95 for him to come to my house, diagnose the problem, and pay for parts and labor. He explained that the washer had a bad pulley and the belt went bad. He had the parts in his truck and got the washer fixed quickly. I'm very satisfied with his timelines and his outstanding work. The guy is experienced and knows what he's doing. I highly appreciate him and highly recommend him.

I did not even get the chance to use their services because their customer service rep was so incredibly rude to me. I simply asked if they offered free estimates and then the man proceeded to laugh at me and belittle me for asking such a question. He said, "This is a business. We make money. You won't find anyone that gives a free estimate." And then, he proceeded to laugh more. I felt insulted and like I was being mocked. Now, I do understand how a business works.
