Our agent Lisa Ermert has been very helpful in setting up our policies and responding to our questions and concerns. She always gets back to me right away when I ask a question . Luckily we have not had to file a claim for anything, over the past 7 years, but we've been very happy with Weber so far.

Absolute garbage business. One of the agents initiated our insurance policy before we closed on our house without telling us and then threatened to cancel the policy if we didn't pay the full year's premiums in 2 days. When challenged about paying homeowners insurance for a property we didn't own, the agent first threatened to delay our closing and then cut the amount owed in half. We paid this amount and still received a cancellation notice. AVOID this company like that plague. There are plenty of other companies that won't pull this crap on you .

I was a little surprised and concerned when I read the poor reviews... I've had Weber Insurance for auto and home for about 3/4 years. I've been very pleased! I usually deal with Jim Weber (he's GREAT) but today called the general number to get a copy of my Auto Insurance Card. NO Problem! It was in my Email within minutes! Thanks Weber Insurance.

New to the area and used this office as they were offered by my Realtors office......worst customer service I have ever encountered by an insurance agency. Thankfully never had a claim!!
Started out with what felt like a "bait and switch" with my home owners policy....later for my auto policy offered the most expensive option and when questioned THEN start looking into alternates.......guess I was used to my previous agents being professional AND good at their job and looking into options and then presenting the best rather than making me look into it and asking questions.
