Worst customer service ever. The person answering the phone hung up the phone on me, and when I called back to ask why she did it, she answered ''Because I'm not interested in helping you''. Stay away from this place! For the best and most reliable travel experience check them out! They've traveled all over the world so they will give you the best tourist and local places to check out at your favorite destination!

I highly recommend not stopping there at all. My wife and I made a reservation for a Jet-Ski at 11am and everything was wrong. First the address Maria gave was off by a 30 minutes walk. I called the guy with the ride and he said he never got the reservation and asked to wait for him for 2 hours. Long story short, the ride never happened. Just find somewhere else to go.

We had a very positive experience renting jet ski’s from this location. The process was straightforward and Maria at the agency was very helpful in accommodations our needs for arranging the jet skis as well as luggage storage prior to our departure. I would revisit this location again!

They took my money sent me to an address that wasn’t even at the water, I walked 25 mins to the water to have another number call me and tell me to walk another 20 mins on a never ending trail off behind the water, I never got to jet ski but I paid over $100 on travel to have them tell me I couldn’t get my money back. I didn’t feel safe nor did I feel they ever had intentions on providing me with a service, I felt like I was about to be a victim of human trafficking. Don’t go here EVER!!!!
