They are an Ariens dealer and I was struggling to find parts for my mower so I went to them looking for relief. I found none.
I brought in a flat tire 7 weeks ago. I told them I wanted to order the proper tire but they convinced me to put a tube instead because it would be faster and cheaper. I told them my husband had already taken me this route, but as long as it functioned I didn't care. They even told me they would give me a discount because I still had the tube my husband tried to use.
Two hours or more later, I came back to find out that the tube my husband bought was the incorrect size

Took in my mower deck to get blades replaced that I had also brought with them and a new belt. Took a week to get it back after they assured us it would be done sooner because my dad's a truck driver and we had limited time. $75 was the price of it.... ill go to AgPro next time so I can pay the same amount and get it back sooner.

Brought my 4 year old Troy-Bilt riding mower in because it hasn't been used in two years. Originally I was told they were pretty busy, which is understandable for this time of year, and that it may take up to two weeks to finish.
Well I got a call ONE DAY later saying it was ready and running good! They replaced the carburetor, spark plug, all fluids, battery and filters. Now it runs like new and pricing was very reasonable! As a veteran myself, I like supporting veteran owned businesses. Thanks guys!

We tooked our mower to this shop a month ago. The receptionist called us 2 weeks in and gave us a quote for around $100 for the mower to be fix. A MONTH LATER, we received another call from the tech saying that it was going to be $500 and something dollars to fix some things who had already been previously fix by another tech who got sick and couldn't finish the job, this is the worst place a we ever deal with... this business owner should be embarrassed about it's customer service. How could you treat honest working people this way... this ace is a joke, please go somewhere else, BTW, the mechanic

Took mower there a while back and waited a week to find out problem was told they were 2 weeks behind, my son called 3rd week and was told they were 2weeks behind, I called 4th week asked to speak with Bill, lady that answered the phone told me he wasn't available and hung up on me without even finding out what I needed, so I call back and she tells me she thought I was a salesperson, like that's an excuse for being rude! Anyway told her who I was and she told me that commercial and warranty work got done first, that is absolutely BS, then proceeded to tell me that they were behind 3 weeks! Needless

Horrible service. Dropped off lawn mower blades to get sharpened, almost 30 days later, no phone call, nothing. Stopped by to pick them up assuming the job was complete but the phone call was overlooked, understandable. The gentleman at the counter went and looked for my blades, came back in and said they were sitting under a bench, never got sharpened, I will not be returning to this establishment for any services.
