Very professional and they met their promised finish date which is unusual for pool companies. Their solutions to drainage issues on my very tight lot were exceptional. Their concrete work was the best I have seen and I have had four pools built and six houses. Strongly recommend NuPool.

I had an appointment scheduled for today, 5/6/21 at noon. My husband and I took off work to both be present. Called at 12:25 was told that he didn't have us on his schedule and "must have been his mistake." Didn't apologize or make an effort to rectify his mistake. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
