I spoke to a a lovely lady called Charlotte Longster via email about a couple of items i'd ordered on prescription, there had been some mix ups and she phoned round a few places for me and managed to sort out the issue, sent me out the items and re ordered me some more, very very helpful, went above and beyond, will continue ordering from here, service is fantastic!

These guys are horrible. I ordered from Pouchwear over a month ago. I have tried several times to call and email in order to find out when I will receive my order. They've already charged my card, and I have not received my order or any response from them. I would never ever recommend that anyone order from here. It only leads to losing money and hope. Please don't do it. They don't care about anything except getting money.
