RDrive in to 5-Star's estimate bay, where our I-Car Platinum certified estimator will inspect and photograph the vehicle, as well as perform a pre-scan to help determine any other potential damage. RDuring inspection, we will determine point of impact and by understanding what types of materials are used on potential crush zones in the area of damage.
At 5-Star Collision and Glass Center, we offer a lifetime warranty on the repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. When we needed an estimate for the repairs on my daughter's vehicle, 5-Star was so flexible with the time to bring it in and gave us the most accurate and detailed estimate. Then they worked directly with my insurance company and were ready for us on the date scheduled to bring the car in. They regularly updated us on their progress. When they found hidden damage, they updated the insurance company and car rental company so we did not have to worry about anything.

Bob was very thorough in his estimate and the customer service has been great. The owner, Craig, treated my dad and I very well over a decade ago when he helped us with multiple vehicles. I unfortunately got two of my van windows shot out over the past weekend. This was the first time something like this has ever happened to me and I was completely overwhelmed by the situation. I contacted 5-Star Collision right away for a replacement quote, which was the best one I had received compared to other shops. I had recently been hit by a vehicle a couple weeks back. I'm searching for a place to bring my vehicle I opted for 5-star after referrals from a number of different people. Bob over there was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made the overall experience with a breeze. I had some work done a couple years ago from a Collision center on the south end of town, and wasn't never happy with how it turned out, even after bringing it back three times, so they could try and fix it. Bob and the crew over there were able to address that issue for me while they worked on the part of the truck

When my car was in a hit and run I went online and read reviews for Grand Forks auto repair. I selected Five Star based solely on the reviews from others. Bob and his crew did an excellent job repairing my car.
They have sterling customer service and Bob was professional and friendly. Although Bob had to order additional repairs once the back bumper was removed, he still finished repairs quickly and on time. Bob kept me updated via text messages from start to finish regarding all repairs.
