My work laptop was having issues I wasn't able to resolve myself. I called hoping to get my laptop in today for a quick diagnosis. Instead, he helped me over the phone, gave me to tools i needed to get it working again, in less than 10 minutes! Great human and very computer knowledgeable!

Adam is amazing! My computer went into cardiac arrest and the store concierge service,over the phone, was ready to do a complete factory reset. We called Adam, described the problem, and said he could fix our computer without a reset, and HE DID! It was done in a day and works better than ever.

We will go back to him for all our computer needs. He's honest, thoughtful and very reasonably priced.

Adam is one of the best computer techs I've ever used! Seriously, if you are considering buying a desktop computer from one of the name brands, TRUST ME don't! You'll get nothing but a slow, bloat-ware filled system that is over priced. And good luck with service afterwards! I've had Adam build me 6 computers already for my business and my Son for his gaming and they are all Super fast, super reliable, and if I have any questions he's local and just a phone call away. Not some huge call center in another country! Best computer repair and builder in Bend, hands down!

Adam was great! I had what seemed like a major problem (to me) with my PC, but he was able to fix it in just a few hours, and he made sure I didn't lose any files (which was my biggest fear!) He also removed some unneeded programs from my computer which has resulted in increased speed and efficiency. Best of all, the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend his services, both if you have a needed repair or if you just want to improve the performance of your PC!

Excellent work, my computer was corrupt it and virus, etc. Adam took care of it in less than 2 full days and very reasonable fair the service fee. I would definitely recommend this place if you need to fix your computer.

After calling around Bend and talking to different people about some computer troubles I was having I decided to go with Adam at Gaertner PC. Out of everyone I spoke with over the phone, Adam sounded the most confident about what the problem might be and that he could take care of it. So I brought my computer in and he immediately started taking a look and showing me different things going on inside my computer. He took the time to explain some different issues and it all made sense. Ultimately it came down to my computer having a bad power supply which he was able to have quickly replaced. He
