Stream Advertising was established in 2010 by Cher Shermer. Shermer recognized a need in the marketplace for an advertising agency that catered to small and medium-sized businesses. Business owners of this size are faced with unique challenges. They are oftentimes overworked and understaffed.

I have enjoyed working with Cher. She is very thorough, analytical, and knows how to stretch your marketing budget. She's very good at making a comprehensive proposal that lays out exactly what the plan is so it's easy to understand. She's also a very good advocate in negotiating fair fees with TV, radio, etc... that an individual doesn't have the same leverage with. All in all, a good place to go for business marketing!
