We guarantee a peace of mind 90 day doctor prescription change, or non adapt warranty. This is available for prescription lenses replacement at no charge to replace your lenses! Optical Image's frame collections are constructed to the highest quality standards - however, if there is a manufatucterer defect within the first year, it will be replaced.
Since graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1973, Dr. Weisman has made it his passion to provide the very best family oriented eyecare and high end luxury eyewear possible. Shortly after graduating, he opened his own optical boutique in Buffalo, New York and operated there for about four years before migrating to Tucson, Arizona.

My husbands lens were scratched and damaged after a few years, however it was now that he was beginning to get headaches due to them. We were to go on a trip so new glasses became an emergency. Ruth and Daniel went above and beyond to help us. If it wasn’t for Optical Image, my husband would have been unable to drive us safely and pain free. I highly recommend them. 1 hour is all it took!

What you should know before doing business with Optical Image by Dr. Weisman. I went into price prescription glasses $1300 and to replace a screw in my high-end sunglasses. Robert the assistant manager broke the lens during service. I asked if he could fix it before leaving the store Robert said no. I went back and the Manager Ruth was there offering to pay for part of the cost to replace the lens their employee broke. When I said optical image should replace the Lens at no cost to me. She refused and told me they’re not responsible for damage when working on customers glasses. I told her I will

Always a pleasure stopping by for our checkups. It was time for new glasses for my wife Suzy. She had her eyes checked at Park Place location by Dr Weisman and proceeded to look for new frames. The variety they have is phenomenal. So many to choose from and by top brand names. As always the service was excellent. Always a pleasure seeing everyone at this location.

Came here to buy some Maui jim sunglasses bought them knowing i over paid 180 bucks. I called back the within the hour and that said they don't refund. The same sunglasses on Maui jim website is 180 i payed 375 this is for non prescription glasses. I got ripped off with this price gouging. I hope anyone going in researches the model of the frame before stepping foot in this place. So much for supporting local businesses.

After searching for days to find glasses for my son who lost his only pair of glasses, we discovered optical image at the park place mall. Just even picking out glasses form my son is typically a painful experience but Ruth helped us out in a jiffy! Not only did we find the perfect pair (stylish yet retro old man frames) but they were ready in 1 hour! This will defiantly be our new optician, lense and frame office! Thank you!!

Called my vision insurance provider first to get recommendations for an in-network provider in my area. From the options given, I decided to go to Optical Image at Park Place Mall. An eager and friendly sales person greeted us. I asked if she had appointments for an eye exam that same day and she said yes. After we were booked, I asked her to see frames that were within the covered amount by our insurance. From this point, her attitude changed. She pointed towards a small show case containing a few (~6) frames (for children) that start at $180. I scanned around the store and noticed most frames

I have been going to Optical Image for my eye care for the last few years. I have never been so happy with any other Place. Dr Weisman is awesome and always a pleasure! The customer service is much more than five star!! I usually work with Ruth and she always goes above and beyond to make sure that I have the best experience and look the best when I leave!
