Emmitt did a great job getting us into our new home. Soon after the paradise fire, good real estate in the Chico area was hard to find. Emmitt helped us find the perfect home and he also recommended to us a reliable roofer that did a great job on our home. The Jacobi team did an amazing job helping my husband and I buy our first home. We didn’t know much about the process and they were available to answer questions and accommodating at pretty much any time of day. We had an opposing bid come through at the last minute, and Kim worked hard to make sure the home was ours! She kept us updated through the process and was very supportive. This team is very community oriented and wants the best for their clients. Highly recommend!

Kim shepherded me through my first home buying experience like a true professional. She responded quickly to any and all questions and requests. She maintained an excellent working relationship with the title company, lender and seller’s realtor in order to ensure I got the property I wanted. Emmett help me buy my first house. I was clueless about the process but he kept me informed and up to date about everything that was happening and what I could expect next. I had a couple unexpected issues with my loan which he helped me through and because of his help I was still able to get the house I wanted! I gave Kim a list of what i was looking for in a house over the phone when i made an appointment. At the appointment she laid out a map with locations we could look at with profiles for each property on the list. She was ready and knowledgeable and she did help us fin the right house in the right location at the right price. She has also helped after the sale with service recomendations that all went well.
