Absolute terrible experience with B.A. Cleaners! When clothing was dropped off, it was stated "No crease in pants". However when the clothing was picked up one pair of brand new Levi pants were extremely faded to a pale gray color. Also that one pair of pants had a crease in them. The other pants did not. When brought to their attention of the crease they said they were not told. Sure they were that's why the other pairs were not creased. The discoloration of that particular pair is extreme and the employees acknowledged it was ruined. However they felt the need to laugh at the situation and continued

This place has some of the most hard working staff that works non stop to supply all of Macon’s clothing with no wrinkles. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always on time with their clothing. There is a drive thru for added convenience as well! I didn’t even ask for some stains to be taken out and they did it anyway! Truly a great experience and will be a customer for life

I just went last week we ask how much they charge for small alteration to a wedding dress she said $85.00 and $50.00 for press we agree with the price when we pick up the dress she charge us $148 the ticket that she give us didn’t have the amount, if she decide she change the price, make sure your ticket got the correct amount. They also been rude

This place is super convenient if you live anywhere on Thomaston road. That being said, I'd rather drive elsewhere. I've used this cleaner a few times because I can hit it on the way to or from work, and their hours are long enough that I don't have to worry about going without certain items. The staff are lack luster, most of the time they just point at you when you walk in, and rush away as soon as they give you a ticket. I know they're busy, but how about "how are you?" Or anything other than "Thursday, goodbye." Most of the time my shirts come back just
