Scheduled service for the 28th - called today to verify and they don't have any record of the appointment I made with them.
Additionally last season they were sending me invoices despite the fact I had already made payment.
The service was ok but they don't take the contents of the gutters which is a hassle. Honestly I don't have time for their poor logistics.

Scheduling was very simple (we didn't even have to be home) and prompt. Whenever I emailed, I received a response quickly. Estimate was 100% accurate and they even upgraded my gutter leaf guards free of charge. We had left a check for some fascia repair which it turned out they could not do and I was impressed with their honesty in not taking the check and by how promptly they informed us of this. Gutters look fantastic and have performed well through heavy rain. I'm very happy and would recommend them to anyone.
