Services
Orders of $75 or more - Free Standard Ground Shipping (USA). Shipping time is 5-7 business days. Standard Shipping is either USPS First Class Mail or UPS SurePost (a combination of UPS and USPS). UPS shipments to Hawaii take an additional day. Delivery time outside of USA may take up to 2-3 weeks. Orders without engraving ship within 1-2 business days (During holidays it may take up to 4 days).
Please Note: We engrave initials in the EXACT ORDER as they have been entered on the order form. For Monogram Fonts (Roman Monogram, Interlocking Monogram, Circle Monogram and Diamond Monogram), the last name initial should be placed in the middle since it will be larger than the first and last initials.
For the standard text engraving of products that we offer, there is no setup fee. If a logo or image needs to be laser engraved on an item, then a setup fee is charged based on the amount of time invested in getting the job done. Engraving has to be entered in the exact order you want the engraving to look like on the product.
Since 1999 eLighters have been a one-stop shop for brand name pipe, cigarette and cigar lighters. We offer free engraving on most lighters along with free standard shipping on purchases of $50 or more. With exception of Zippo lighters, all the lighters we sell are butane refillable lighters. Zippo lighters use lighter fluid.

Ordered a lighter as a gift that featured a different leather case online than what I received. I called and spoke with Jessica she was very friendly, understood my concern, and even though the case featured was an older model, she checked her supply found the version I was looking for and is shipping it out to me. Purchase from somewhere else if possible. I ordered a S.T. Dupont Cigar Cutter from elighters and the leather case that holds the cigar cutter had been removed from the box. I've tried to contact them with no success so I can return the item.
