Hearn Surveying Associates, LLC will work diligently with your title company, lender and other stakeholders to facilitate your real estate purchase or sale. We are more than happy to help buyers close their purchase by providing an updated title survey and legal description, as well as providing boundary marking as necessary.
Jack A. Hearn opened his land surveying office in Athens, Texas in 1966. After his first day on the job in 1974, Mark Ferrell told Mr. Hearn that he wanted to buy this business. Upon Jack's retirement in 1986, Mark got the chance, opening the first office under the name of Hearn Surveying in Corsicana, Texas, followed soon thereafter with offices in Gun Barrel City, Athens and eventually Palestine.
Though we do the vast majority of our work in the Henderson County area, HSA is licensed to work anywhere in the State of Texas. Check out our Top Five Counties List below. Used this company between December and January and I pleased with the service. The surveyor that came out went above and beyond. They took the time to answer all of my questions when I met them out in the field and the office staff treated me well also. Custoner service is very important to me and they delivered.
