Founded in 2002, HRL is a Mesa County Business Incubator success story. Herman R. Lucero started his career in environmental engineering in 1985. Working for Bendix, he was assigned several DOE jobs around Colorado, eastern Utah, and central South Dakota, and he learned as much as he could on the job.
HRL Compliance Solutions, Inc., owns and operates a remote controlled CME 55LC Track Mounted Drilling Rig (If we use a hyperlink here again I want it to go to a picture of our rig, not the manufacturer, maybe the picture attached?) The CME 55 track mounted rig is equipped for solid and hollow stem auger, ODEX, air rotary, coring, and direct push drilling capabilities.

We have used HRL for some of our more complicated drilling jobs for a few years now and they NEVER disappoint. I run the geotech drilling out of a company in SLC and Mark is always so fast to respond and keep me updated with absolutely every aspect of the job. GREAT company !
