Sent a note to get a quote on a new pool for our home. Response was less than professional. In our request we asked for specific information to include sketches and detailed cost assessments. This is part of the response, "I have been building custom pools in this area for over 30 years. I never, will never supply any drawings before a 20% down payment has been made. Perhaps you should consult with a franchise pool company." Our friends just went through this with multiple companies and received preliminary designs and detailed cost estimates from all of them.

Hunt Country pool builders installed an indoor pool for us in Great Falls, Va. Can't say enough good things about this pool company. The project went smoothly, on time and on budget.
